I usually only go to Jack-in-the-Box when it’s a last minute and I’m too tired to cook for my kids but every time I have come to this Jack-in-the-Box location my Service was top-tier. Luna actually was helpful. Got my drinks right my order has always been correct when she’s on duty and she’s so nice. Asks if I want extra sauces with my order I’m usually a plain Jane, but the egg rolls have been really good lately and she recommended them and I don’t know why I’m usually not an eggroll person, but I have been getting eggrolls ever since she suggested them

ANDRES HAS BEEN AWESOME in my recent visits. Previously, I had been told staff couldn’t help with kiosk order…Mela was super rude. I dreaded ordering in lobby. My last two visits however, Andres was helpful, kind and changed this 1STAR review to a 5 star review. Andres, keep up the good work!!!

This place caters to the drive thru. I went inside to buy a reg fry and it took 12 mins. Anybody here? Bueller?? Had to use the kiosk but pay with cash. When they remembered I was waiting and helped, they mistook my $20 for a $5... really?? I've had decent visits here in the past but in the drive thru.
