We went on Valentine’s Day because everything else had an hour wait. We came in and there were about 8 other tables in there. Stephanie was kind and worked her tail off as more people came in. The food was hot, it tasted good, came out in a decent time frame. The table was clean, the place was decorated for Valentine’s Day. It was really a good time. We will definitely be back if the service was like it was that day.

This is the 3rd time with the exact same experience so shame on me for going back! my order was curbside pick up. i called the number 3 times no one would answer the phone. I went inside and no one came out for several minutes. I ended up taking the only order that was sitting on the counter, as there was no one to verify who's it was. But seriously this is what ihop is up charging me for...old nasty avocados? Who do i complain to? Oh wait there wasn't a single employee around! 3 separate occasions, all at different times of the day and all on different days...same outcome 3 times in a row

Visited on Christmas Day. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty when I arrived, I waited a long time to be seated. Service was slow and disorganized, including delays receiving the main part but i continued positivity and after my original server finished, another employee took over. I waited about 20 minutes just to process payment and get 1 more togo tray while new guests were seated. An automatic 18% gratuity was applied despite the delays. Great time with my Aunt and the space was really fun. Light on the customers, but that made it even more persona. She gotbtye sampler and i got the jalepeno kicker and hoth were great. Great waitress.
