My partner and I visited the Krispy Kreme located at 2510 W Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 today, 06/19/2026.We ordered a Stawberry Glazed w/Sprinkles, Original Glazed, NY Cheesecake Donut, Double Expresso Shots, and Caramel Latte w/Oatmilk. We asked for a refund for the Caramel Latte because the shop rep made it with coffee, caramel syrup and milk and a latte is made with espresso and milk. The shop rep was not very friendly. We received our refund for the latte and left. When we arrived home, the NY Cheesecake Donut we ordered was not in the three donut box. We called the shop to

I drove here for twenty minutes. I hate ordering from the car, and at 9 PM the doors turned out to be locked. I had to walk up to the window on foot and place my order there. When I asked the employee what was going on and why there was no notification anywhere that customers aren’t allowed inside in the evening, she told me these were new rules. I asked her to show any confirmation or information about it, and she said she had nothing. This is unacceptable. You should post a notice so customers understand what’s going on. This is the first and the last time I’m coming here.

This review is based solely on the terrible service on Thursday 11/13/25 I received at this location from the man working at the counter. I come to this location regularly to buy $100+ worth of donuts for work and today’s experience made me never want to come back. The man working at the counter was cleaning the floor with a rag with no gloves, didn’t wash his hands, and then was handling food with no gloves during the entirety of my visit. Not a happy customer! I pay $19 for a dozen donuts and when I get home and open the box, this is what it looks like. Crusty donuts look like last night donuts that have been dropped on the ground and thrown in a box
