Honestly i never really expect anything good coming here the food takes forever i mean youll wait 20-30 minutes for food (While not even busy) and the chances of them getting it wrong are high. I wanted some wendys and ordered a burger with asiago cheese and they pulled the American melted cheese off my burger and put it over the melted stuck on cheese, i should have not expected anyless tbh. this is at 11 pm so who ever works there at that time sucks.

Just ordered the "new chicken sandwich" from this location tonight on my way home and the meat was over cooked and hard to chew. This was going to be my entire meal for dinner and I could only eat half of it before tossing it. This location has been pretty consistently mediocre over the years while the Centerville location has always had a stellar reputation. The workers also do that absolute minimum job. i.e.: "What can I get you?"[...]"Okay come to the next window..." Wendy’s has a reputation for inconsistent customer service, and unfortunately this location was no exception. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but my order was incorrect when I received it. After asking for it to be corrected, I got home and realized it still wasn’t right. Accuracy should be a basic expectation. Taking a moment to carefully read and prepare an order would likely prevent situations like this. Having to return more than once for the same issue is frustrating, especially with current gas prices and time constraints. I hope management takes this f
