I went to this Location #3089 on 6-30-26 at 5:54pm. I ordered the Honey, walnut shrimp bowl when I got home and looked at my order I had sesame chicken so took it back and told them I ordered honey, walnut shrimp bowl took my receipt and was charged for sesame chicken bowl with noodles I was very upset because I drove all the way home to discover the wrong order. I know I should’ve checked it before I left, but I didn’t. I was in a hurry. The person that waited on me was Leonard H he actually laughed. Every time I order the chow mein here, it’s mostly cabbage and onions. There are barely any noodles in the box.

Before their grand opening they and gave out vouchers verbally stating that you get a free bowl. I went to redeem the voucher to find out that on the voucher it says you have to purchase a bowl in order to get a free bowl. This economy is too horrible to be luring in customers under the premise of receiving free bowls just to for them to find out, they have to purchase a bowl to get a free bowl. That’s misleading. It should be called- “Buy one get one free.” Corporate greed is getting out of hand honestly. Such a disappointment.
