We’ve been going to this location of Dunkin for 10 years and have never had any issues. Today, a different lady was working and only rang up 1 out of 2 coffees we ordered. When we got to the window, she gave us one coffee and when we told her we ordered two she took our card back and charged us for a completely incorrect coffee that was $6 instead of $3. Coffees tasted like water when we finally got them, so I went back inside. Another woman remade them but they still tasted like water so we requested a refund. Very clean location; bathrooms were pristine whenever I'm there and decide to go inside. Staff is attentive and caring of your order; I personally haven't had any issue with that at this location. *(Sometimes other locations get an order incorrect and staff can become flippant when attempting to correct such matters.) Donuts are typically always readily available and taste fresh throughout the day. My only personal qualm with this store is that it closes earlier than most others - around 7PM daily; which is a shame as it's in such a prime location and would probably see great evening traffi
