This is the best Shaws I have ever been to in my life. I found the store to be clean, well organized, all the great sales and discounts I expect from a Shaws, AND great customer service. Why do I even go to Shaws when I have such bad experiences at them? I go for the great deals that are promised (and usually not delivered) and I found them at this Shaws as well. The bakery has affordable and delicious cookies and the cookies were on sale so even less than usual. Sometimes it's good but some of the help and managers really aren't very nice or helpful. They're are also some amazing people who ate very helpful and have great people skills, unlike the manager and some of the other longtimers. The nicer, helpful happy ones are great that's why I continue to shop here. Too bad they can't show the ones who should move on so someone who's a people person could take their place.

Was my go to shopping. I return some items and did not get my money back . I called and was spoken over, the representative would listen to what I had to say and hung up on me. I called back and demanded to speak to a manager and was told very rudely that I cannot expect a manager on the phone during Christmas. Shaws just lost a customer. I used to shop there 2 to 3 times a week but no more. They rude and disrespectful and I will spend my money at a disrespectful establishment.

Pick up and go service is good for the most part. But the last time I used it I had to bring back the spinach I received instead of parsley. Also the cutie oranges I received were rotten two weeks in a row. I wish the personal shoppers were better trained on produce.
