I am giving only 3 stars because my 9-year-old daughter had a bad experience with 3 drinks they gave her taro. instead of giving her coconut and when I try to return it .the person in charge did not want to change them .in the end if I did it .but for the next one I should pay more attention. because I think she does not understand English .

Came back to Quickly Boba Tea in Brandon after years since I moved away. The place has changed a bit. it’s quiet inside now with no music and just a few seats while you wait for your drinks, but there are tables and chairs outside if you want to hang out. Service was friendly and my drink came out in about 10 minutes. It might seem quiet, but people were coming in and out the whole time. Still nice to see this spot around after all these years!

I understand reviews can hurt a business so I want do a 1 star. Not sure if you guys are trying to save money or cut corners at customers expense...but the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea literally taste like tea and water..very weak. I asked you to add more milk because it was not good the last time I purchased it. I honestly been driving a few extra miles to Zen Dumplings to order the boboa tea...because it literally taste how yours use to taste. I was a loyal customer with several loyalty cards but I will not be back. Customer service has never been a problem. Please use this review to do better

Nice little boba restaurant in Brandon. Interior may not be as nice as other boba places in town but I’m not complaining. The staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience with each visit. I'm definitely looking forward to returning and sampling more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended.
