I come in…..tired and on break… my coworkers can witness to this, and so can the very sweet lady who works there as well. The man asks me what sandwich I want. I’m speaking the same tone as everyone else and he says “what” I repeat myself once more with slightly louder voice thinking (mb he probably can’t hear to well). After repeating myself, he makes a slick comment saying “you need to speak louder, you talk too quiet”. I work in the medical field. Does not have products that are listed when ordering online in the store. Substitutes to whatever they want and when I went in to get my order fixed I was told there was nothing they could and the employee was dismissive. This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions at this location. Paid for a meal that was not eaten.

I asked for lots of pickles guy says I can’t because of coupon IM COMING IN TO GET A SANDWICH THAT IM PAYING FOR so me being me I said I’ll pay for a side of pickles. Never tell a customer you can’t because of a coupon you don’t tell a customer no anyway I didn’t ask for just a pickle sandwich. Never have I been declined pickles I will never come again to this location it was very weird honestly.

I was here yesterday and the lady that was helping me was amazing. I was just there and a older man was there. Stingy cheap and arid tbh there a sign clearing saying present coupons before ordering. Which I did . I was told I will be charged extra for mayo and black olives . Which I thought condiments and toppings are free. I snap on him and now told him that instead of having 60 cents in mayo . He has 2 sandwiches wastage cause I’m going to a different subway
