Solid 4. The biscuits were a little burnt but the quality of the service and the communication of the crew getting orders out was astonishing. Meanwhile, still keeping a decent lobby and bathroom. I have to say the steak is pretty good too. I despise ultra-procesed meats but occasionally have a craving for the sodium like today, and these patties weren't OVERLY salty and had a decent taste.

One of the better Bo's I've been to in the BNA area. Prompt and friendly service, clean environment, and food was hot and fresh. Parking lot is a pain but that's as much to do with this area and not their fault.

Great place to enjoy some delicious soft , moist & buttered biscuits.. but don't forget to try them blueberry biscuits..mmmmmm so delicious.. but if your not a fan of glaze on them try them without it still same delicious taste..

I would have thought that a chain based in the south could make a good biscuits and gravy. I was quickly disabused of that notion. Visiting from a region without a Bojangles, I was excited to try one while in the area. Unfortunately the biscuits and gravy were lukewarm at best and completely flavorless. The hash browns on the other hand were almost lava hot and couldn't be eaten right away. Once they had cooled slightly there were actually fairly decent. Drive thru employee was nice and personable though and the prices are actually pretty decent overall.
