I mean I liked the drinks and place but I didn't like the lacy who took orders she was kind of mean and me and my friends like 5 times that we wanna buy separate drinks but she didn't hear or act like that. My friend gave her 20 dollars to pat for HER drink but she paid for hers and mines😑

Asked for matcha and a little bit banana foam on the top like always but instead I got half of the drink and half of the banana foam, I didn’t asked for anything else but the add something. Also charged extra without letting me know.

First let me start off by saying I live across the street and am a regular the staff in the morning is amazing but every time I come into this store after midnight while (last/first) name Armstrong there’s always a problem. Always slacking around, multiple orders not being done then, that the screen for orders is red for how long he waits to start online orders.. then has the nerve to start off a conversation with “what do you want”. His demeanor and idc attitude is really disgusting I hope something gets done about him because this constant behavior is unacceptable!
