WORST DOMINOS EVER. I ordered a pizza online and the driver was 45 minutes late and SUPER rude. I told him my address and He said “Are you telling me how to do my job”, when I was being nothing but respectful. When he arrived, he demanded I give him a tip even though I wasn’t going to give him one after the rude experience. He kept pressuring me and wouldn’t give me my food until I gave him a tip. I ended up tipping because I was too scared to say no. Since it was late at night and I was alone (young college girl) Pizza was also super cold. Pizza was over forty five minutes late. When called the store the customer service was extremely rude and refused to tell me when the pizza will arrive. If I schedule it more than half a day in advance I expect it to be on time. Completely the store’s fault and uses “new drivers and many customers” as an excuse. It’s the store’s responsibility to take it into account. Unacceptable.
