Over the last few years I've come to realize there are good and bad dunkins. This is a good dunkin. My coffee is consistently made correctly and the coffee tastes good as far as dunkins go. Only slightly annoying things are you need a key to use the bathroom (understandable but inconvenient) and getting out of the parking lot is a pain since theres always traffic in this area.

Okay I’m not one to complain but ever since the makeover of this Dunkin it has gone downhill. Me and my mom walked in and there was someone returning their drink from the drive thru that should have been our first sign to leave but we stayed. We end up ordering and our order had to be put into the system twice because they had two different people bouncing from front to drive through. Now I used to work in the food business I get new hires need to go at front register but every drink was being made one at a time. We were waiting for 15 minutes for 3 drinks. The drive-thru at this Dunkin is the slowest I have ever seen at any fast food place. It takes them forever to get orders out.

I put in a mobile order and they made my order so fast I was like dang I just put it in it’s gonna be half cold but it wasn’t. I always appreciate and remember when a dunkin actually heats their food to an appropriate temperature.
