Stopped by late tonight (around 11:00–11:30 PM) and had one of the most professional and welcoming customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The person at the cash register was energetic, friendly, and genuinely welcoming despite it being so late at night. Outstanding customer service and a great representation of the brand!

Intentions to get breakfast & play but with two toddlers to unload I was cutting it close so I utilized drive thru. Once I shared this with the associate, he insisted on holding my order until we made it inside. Professionalism at its best! Once inside, another associate delivered the food to the table and made sure all was well before leaving the play area. Now that’s service with a smile! What a way to start off the week!

9 times out of ten, yall ALWAYS forget an item or two for our orders. I’m used to it at this point, but I was itching to drop a review tonight after yall forgot my fries this time. Mid service compared to other McDonald joints.

The Asian kid working the drive thru had a rude demeanor and a bad attitude. He needs to be trained on how to have a positive attitude when serving customers. He genuinely acts as if he hates his job and if that’s the case, get another job.
