I first went through the drive through in a hurry, but decided to stop in the parking lot to eat. The lady in the red shirt was so kind, happy, smiling, friendly, all while multitasking the talking with 2 customers and making drinks… I LOVE when people go out of their way to serve and be kind. I tool pics & went inside to ask her for her name but she was busy helping other people feel special so I secretly snapped a pic!! I think this location is amazing because of their employees. One especially named Janet that really shows she loves her job. Her personality is off the charts! Customer service, top notch!!!! She always has an amazing smile on her face and she always gets our order correct! I think Jack in The Box did a great job hiring Janet! She’s awesome and beautiful!!!!

I just got breakfast from this location and they were so nice!! The lady taking my order was super nice and the man in the drive thru was super nice as well, great customer service. :) the food was hot and yummy and I will definitely come back to this location when I’m craving it again lol

We stopped here (in Broken Arrow) and the outside of the store smelled like a family of skunks had been there. I'm not sure if it was the employees or the beverage workers that were replacing their pop machines. Once inside the store they expected us to use the kiosk to order but there was only one kiosk. No one greeted us or responded to our questions. We left and went somewhere else. Train your employees in customer service!
