I wanted to share my recent experience at Dunkin’, as I was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service provided. Prior to my visit, my partner accidentally redeemed a reward for a glazed doughnut through the Dunkin’ app when she intended to redeem it for hash browns. She was informed that the order could not be changed or canceled because it had already been processed through inventory despite her not paying for her meal.
