Soup was green, old, and greasy. I ordered the potato and chili soup, this is how it was. The croutons to the chicken salad were stale. Rolls were concerning. We waited close to 30 minutes for our food, although the restaurant was not busy nor was drive thru. The staff seemed completely unaware of us waiting for our food. Something was missing from my order, they quickly replaced it. However, the rest of the food was awful. I LOVE Zupas, I visit frequently as I'm pregnant, NEVER have I ever received an awful order. Until today, spent $40 on 2 dinners, soup, and a tip. Super disappointed.

We normally love Cafe Zupas so we were very disappointed by our most recent visit. Ordered ahead of time so it would be ready by the time I arrived. It took them an extra 15 minutes to bring our food out. It would have been much faster for me to just go in the store and order when I got there. My husband ordered the cottage cheese bowl. The sweet potatoes were raw! I ordered the green goddess salad and it looked like it was prepared very quickly with no though put into the balance of ingredients. It was 90% lettuce. The entire top of the salad as covered in Parmesan cheese. Very littl

I ordered the hot honey bowl as you can see with no cashews. They wrote over it “no cottage cheese extra chicken” and when I opened it, there was every single topping. This is the second time my order hasn’t been right, but for them to read it incorrectly, write over it in big letters, and then still mess it up is another level of carelessness. Cape Zupas is officially off my list

If you are a delivery driver or someone that likes to order their food ahead of time, avoid this place like the plague. Multiple times I have tried ordering ahead of time only to get there and them not even having started it. Additionally, they have two lanes for the drive through. One is supposed to be for mobile orders and one is just eh regular drive thru. But they both converge into the same lane. So if you order ahead of time, you’re still stuck waiting behind the person who’s ordering on the spot. This completely defeats the purpose of having a separate “mobile thru” lane. I see delive
