Cava food is great. Customer service was good. The place itself is so dirty. We walked into employees looking bored like they had nothing to do but the eating area was a mess. There wasn't anyone eating inside and they had so many employees there no excuse for how dirty the place was.

I had never been to cava before. Very much enjoyed it. Food was fresh and yummy, can't speak to the authenticity just know it was good. Service was good although a bit automatic. The person who ran the cash register was engaging and commented on my t-shirt. That was nice, a little personal touch. Atmosphere is good but just typical kind of fast food'ey. Nothing special but fine. Looking forward to my second visit, I'll try building my own bowl the next time!

It’s difficult to eat healthy at most places, even ones that claim healthy eating. One is never sure if they’ve cooked in oil, or ….Cava lists the calories for each option you can add to your bowl. As you build your bowl, you can keep track of nutritional information as it goes into your bowl and you can adjust accordingly. The calories are probably not exact but they do help give an idea. Thus you can end up with a bowl that fits ones healthy or nutritional requirements. Added to that, the food is REALLY good. Only negative is service is hit or miss. I’m always impressed by how kind and respectful the crew is here. Even during busy times, the team stays helpful, upbeat, and professional. They work really hard and it shows! Food is consistently delicious!! My only pain point is that they got rid of the Rite Rice :( but clearly hasn’t stopped me from returning!
