I paid $52 for my order plus a $4 tip. My mobile order was not correct, so my family didn’t eat and I was disappointed with the experience. I have not received a refund or a follow-up regarding the issue. My original review and photos were also removed. They didn’t remove the mayo and also every burger had 1 slice of bacon . Also took 20 min after the pickup time .

my order was the number 5 (a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger) and a “grilled”cheese. as you can see the bacon is almost nonexistent and burnt. my fries were also really greasy and tasted old.

This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in my 33years, It took them 30minutes to bring out a slushie and burger. Also they did not even add strawberries and cherries to my strawberry slush w/ extra extra Cherie’s. it’s pretty much straight ice and like 2 cherries , I don’t know about this one coach. I’m pretty upset it was on a Friday around 3:00pm
