I had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location this morning. I brought up an issue and asked for help, but the manager named Eliel didn’t make any effort to resolve the situation. Instead of trying to understand the concern or offer a solution, it felt like the issue was simply brushed off. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, which is why this experience was surprising and frustrating. When customers bring up a problem, the expectation is that management will at least try to help or find a reasonable solution. I hope the store leadership looks into this and works
