100% the worst experience I have had an ANY food place. We walked in, placed our order at the kiosk, and waited, and waited, and waited....There were at least 7 drive thru cars that were served before we were, and we were there loooong before they even entered the drive thru. Someone needs to speak to the staff about the first come, first serve rule. No one wanted to make eye contact with me or communicate why it was taking SO long. We ordered from the kiosk at 8:24pm and got our order at 8:38pm. Unacceptable. On top of that we asked for no cheese sauce and replace with regular cheese. Do you

I don't usually review fast food spots because regardless of how mediocre the food is, people are always going to frequent fast food chains. The likelihood of Taco Bell going out of business is very slim. Nonetheless, I had the best customer service experience here and I just had to share my opinion. Thank you, Biridiana for being patient w me since I had a huge order and being honest about the baja blast saying it probably needed to get changed out so instead she gave me the drinks from the to-go station. Keep up the great customer service!
