I recently ordered 2 jr bacon cheese burgers from the drive through. After driving about 2 miles I noticed there was no burger in them. When I returned and showed the manager he blamed it on me and said I was lying. At first he denied a refund until I said I'll call corporate. He gave me the refund and said next time he won't. How Rude!! I'm going to call corporate now, check your order before leaving the drive through! I'll never go back again

Honestly, just go to the one on Braddock Rd, they've never messed anything up. For another time now, I received the incorrect count of the Wendy's Nuggets from a mobile order I placed and picked up at the drive thru. It always seems to be 1-2 short. This has occurred so many times (10ish), I'm done going to this location. This time I should have known better and checked closer before I left the location. In previous instances I have gone in and they did corrected the issue, but only after having to explain the issue to multiple employees. This has begun to be absurd. I remember once, I had to

While ordering food for takeout inside of the restaurant the atmosphere was super hectic. The cashier lady who was managing my order was uncooperative and she was super busy talking with another customer who was dinning in. It took a long time for the order process to come through and I was literally waiting. I even asked for drink cup holders the cashier lady serving me told me that there was none. Although, they did prepare the order correctly.

Today I went in to try some of the new frosties with my grandma. I ordered a caramel swirl, my grandma got a normal chocolate frosty, and we got my dad a brownie swirl. When we got the frosties I noticed mine was a caramel and my grandma just kindly told her. I was dumbfounded when I watched this lady scoop the crumbs off my frosty and into the trash. We made eye contact and that's when she got rid of it and made me a new one.
