Been here a few times and have never been disappointed. I enjoy trying everything on the menu and have made it a point to do something different with each visit. The people here are friendly and courteous. Easy to see why it has become so popular in the area so quickly. Fast delicious food prepared right each time that is also a healthy alternative. Cost is reasonable and portions are perfect. Feel free to come and try them out. It is obvious they care about what they do and provide.

First time trying Cava. Blown away by selections and freshness of the food and drinks. I was waited on by a young man named Ethan, at the Burleson TX location. He was so kind and patient with me as I tried to decide which salad, grains, and vegetable options to put into my bowl. He assisted with suggestions. For as much as I eat Cava, the past few times since they changed their kids meal has been extremely disappointing. There were maybe 5 cubes of chicken, all the sauces were on top when I requested them to be on the side (I didn’t realize they put the sauce on the side till I got home and had asked for sauces when I didn’t see them in the bag) and there was maybe 1/8 cup of rice and a tablespoon of each veggie. I understand it’s a kids meal, but this would feed a toddler, not a 12 year old.

Tonight was my first experience here and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and healthy. But what impressed me was the impeccable customer service. Misha (if I’m remembering her name correctly) was so incredibly kind, engaging and generous. I haven’t experienced customer service like that for a long time, and it was so refreshing, As another customer mentioned, she deserves a raise and a promotion! This Cava is highly recommended!
