My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on 6/25/26 around 5:19 PM. The Hispanic-looking lady with dark hair who was making our sandwiches provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. When we asked for double protein, she responded in a rude tone, saying, “What does that mean, more meat?” as if we were dumb. Things only got worse from there. When she asked what else we wanted and we requested more tomatoes, she became visibly upset, slammed the knife she was using to close the sandwich onto the counter, and aggressively added the tomatoes. me & my fiance go to this location all the time but yesterday the new manager angel took care of us and he was so nice and professional but also fun to talk to! He also had Daniel helping him out with the orders, who was also doing a fantastic job keeping up with everything since they both seemed to be going through a lil lunch rush. But overall I just wanted to say thankyou to both of these guys for everything they do and my sandwich was most definitely one of the best ones I've had lol but thankyou guys!

The bread was so over cooked that the outer part broke apart and had a similar texture to croutons. When I asked for extra pickles there were only 4. There was hardly any lettuce or spinach…ugh, just awful. I scrapped the veggies out for myself and fed the bread to the birds. The male employee at the front wasn’t professional either. Sad day.

I love this store! i had an issue and the manger was very responsive and made sure the issue was resolved. The sandwich I ordered was amazing, made exactly as I ordered. I will keep this as my favorite store!
