After having a bad experience at the South Holland McDonald's and made a complaint about it I go to the one in Calumet City to order my regular a number nine with a round the egg and bacon on my way to work there's no bacon on it there was no crowd there was no other cars and drive-thru how can you mess that up disappointed also they give you this site to go to to report on the McDonald's and when it says put the receipt number in it tells me New York City which is BS they don't want to refund you or give you anything great way to avoid trouble 😵‍💫

NIOMI WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND MEAN! I come to this McDonald’s all the time I never had a bad experience until this lady. Me and my four year-old daughter were asking about the Hendrix meal to see if there’s a way to substitute a burger out for the chicken nuggets because my daughter does not like the chicken nuggets and she yelled no it’s just chicken nuggets chicken nuggets only chicken nuggets only! The cashier didn't greet in return when I greeted. They expect you to have your pay ready when you pull up to the window, however they didn't tell me the amount nor the screen didn't display the total amount.
