Dear Manager, We have been customers of your pizzeria for a long time and have always enjoyed the food and friendly service. I would also like to thank the employees who have always been kind and respectful to my family. Unfortunately, we recently had a negative experience with a new yung girl employee. She was very rude to both my son and me. There was a misunderstanding regarding our order, and although I apologized and tried to explain the situation, her attitude remained unfriendly. Let me begin by saying I am a regular at this location. They have DECLINED! This is the second extramostbestest topping pizza that I've ordered and received a regular topping pizza. It was dry and old when it should have been fresh!!! The new worker seemed as if she didn't want to be there. And the other customers were super rude and rowdy. I've gotten places shut down in the past. Will this be the next?

Well ig good for the price. Quality went down over the years. They stretched dough way too thin. Sauce and toppings were okay. Maybe will go again if I get a good deal. Otherwise would just get store bought or different chain.

The employees need to stop selling reheated "Hot and ready"pizza and let customers wait10 minutes, give to customers burnt out cheese, pepperoni topping and crusts are hard. The store is located on Welsh road close to Grant Ave. You want good business don't do this to your customers because we can taste and see that it's burnt on top. This is the third time that happened to me.
