Never really had to make a review like this but I think it's important because respect is important. I came in one evening this week to place an order. I had to wait an extended period for the order even though it was a mobile order. Still had to wait an additional 10 mins for my stuff after leaving the window, the mgr comes out (Black woman with braids, don't know her name) but she brings me the food and says really rude things about her staff basically saying they don't do nothin right. I say nothing but found that not okay considering she doesn't know who I am and who I could be related to

I ordered a mobile order at opening time for this Taco Bell, the one person there was very kind and finished my order in a reasonable time for it being that early. The person also thought that they have inconvenienced me and gave me large drinks (instead of mediums) and gave me cinnamon swists as a compensation. I was very pleased with the service and demeanor of the employee. This location remains to be the best of the Taco Bells, I have tried.
