The service here is good. I ordered a burger and the let me know it was gonna take a few minutes longer because they were making it fresh. Since I wasn’t in a huge rush I appreciated this. I gave the food 3 stars though because the burger was slightly burned when I got it. Maybe this was because it was the impossible whopper, but I haven’t had this issue at Burger King before. The staff were very polite though. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back.

Hey, thanks, Burger King, for giving me a hard sausage and biscuit, which is something I earned with my rewards. When I went to claim it, I still had to pay for something to get what I earned—make it make sense. How many times do I have to complain about your food? I love Burger King, but it seems like your staff has no work ethic. As an executive chef, I find what you guys are doing inside BURGER KING.. IS unacceptable..

We had been driving for 4hrs on our trip and pulled in to order a simple Whopper with cheese meal and a Whopper JR with cheese meal. The Whoooer Jr was marked for a dine in order, had no cheese and from the wrapper I could tell had been sitting for a while already which leads me to believe they gave us a meal they had waiting around because they couldn’t be bothered to make us a new fresh meal.
