Literally just got a coffee and lemon poopy bread sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes while this girl windows opened just kept talking and talking like her job means nothing and neither does the customers waiting and going to there jobs she told me about rewards I said im ok and how much instantly her mood changed took my money gave me change no receipt at all I said thank u then pretty much slammed my lemon loaf and coffee to me I said thank u three times and not a word from her just little kid attitude then closes the drive thru windows on me I will never come back to this location I c

My strawberry matcha drink was not good. The attendant girl was a lil’ rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, I dunno. There was a sign that said they were training. From reading other reviews, I’m not the only thinking the staff needs a talking too about their attitudes. I will take half the blame for not mentioning I wanted my drink blended, but I never said iced. I was also not asked how I would like it. I walked over from the hotel behind just a few steps away. The staff that took our order were courteous, professional and accommodating. I had the sweet cream cold brew which was refreshing and tasty; the seating was a tad uncomfortable, but perhaps that was by design... getting customers in & out quickly is the philosophy of a lot of coffee vendors.

I got a drink that was good but I got a english muffin breakfast sandwhich and it was horrible. The bread is whole wheat and tastes awful I didnt even finish it. Save yourself the hassle and just get mcdonalds
