Not sure why the switch from in person service to only kiosk happened but it was an inconvenience to paying in cash and had to use a card. I did appreciate that there was no rushed feeling for selecting my order. Haven't been to a taco bell 🌮🔔 in years due to less than ideal location in home town. Manager was great with prompt food coming out.

I went to The Taco Bell on Harrison at 11:40 at night and this sweet manager gave me free food and free drink!!! He found out I am a college student and used his meal on me! Absolutely made my night! Highly recommend!! I already ate some of the flatbread

The GM, Ken, was so kind to us and went absolutely out of his way to make sure we received amazing service when we couldn’t get the AI operated drive thru to cooperate with our order. Everyone was so nice and our food was definitely the best Taco Bell meal we’ve ever had. After being on hour 10 of a road trip, Ken’s kindness was so so so appreciated. Thank you!!!
