My experience was pretty average. The food was fine it neither failed or exceeded my expectations. I got a burger and some chili. I am not sure how to characterize the customer service since I had almost no human interaction. All the ordering options were at kiosks, which worked fine. They advertise the chili as "meaty" which it decidedly was not. The flavor was good, however. Obviously I couldn't say if this was a one off batch issue, or a general Wendy's issue. I went with my son and I asked him if there was something about Wendy's that stood out to him. He said the Frostys.

Food wasn't prepared proper fries were rotted and over salted baconator was overly salted to where it was not edible then the food was not brought to us

Their kiosks were down so we talked an actual person to order our food. Old school. Chili is great, nice large chunks of old burgers. Fries were fresh and delicious, maybe the best in fast food.

After my door dash waited for 30+ minutes they ended up leaving. we went through a total of 3 door dashers for this 1 order. over an hour. I tried calling the store multiple times but nobody would answer they told the last 2 dashers somebody already picked it up. They refused to remake the order and I ended up having to cancel. If they would have picked up the phone when I called I wouldn't have had to wait so long to cancel my order. If they are so under staffed that a person cant answer a call then maybe close your doors.
