This place is a great stop if you’re crossing the border or just spending the day nearby. Restaurante Victoria has a really unique mix of Mexican and Chinese food, so there’s something for everyone. The menu is pretty big and can take a minute to look through, but once you find what you want, it’s worth it. We went with the kung pao chicken, and it was really good. The restaurant is not very clean. We asked for a vaquita and it was served on a plastic tray with a burning hot piece of metal (looked like a piece of a wheel) in the middle. The vegetables were overcooked and I was not impressed with the taste. I witnessed several health code violations on the first 10 minutes of my arrival. I would not recommend this place.
