Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited over 30 minutes for only four burgers, and there was barely any communication about the delay. After waiting that long, we politely asked if it would be possible to get a free drink because of the inconvenience. The manager immediately got upset and gave us attitude. We even apologized for asking, but she continued being rude for absolutely no reason. Good burger and ok service. Atmosphere outside of the restaurant is terrible. In the parking lot you got transients pretty much living there leaving the place dirty.

The workers are fine but its the drive thru. Its only an automated voice asking for your order, no real person. Its extremely frustrating, I only asked it a simple question and it felt like I was on the phone with a robot asking me to push a number. I couldn't take it anymore and had to walk in to order. I wont be coming here again since I'm usually always busy and only have time for the drive thru.
