The location of this KFC is on the Ford road in Canton, close to IKEA. Visited the place with the family to get some takeaway dinner. We wanted to check the variety of food they have so we went inside to make our orders. You order from a screen menu inside and do the payment. You then wait for your name to be called when your order is ready. We ordered for some fries 🍟, chicken drumstick 🍗 both original and crispy, some chicken nuggets, soda 🥤 and biscuits. They also have a free parking lot and wash rooms in case you might need it 🥰. We really enjoyed it when we got home 😍. By the way,

If minus zero was a rating that is what I would give. The staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE! The order was completely wrong and they refused to fix it. We ordered through the app where it allows you to choose your pieces. According to the manager, who refused to give me her name, they can't control what the app allows us to do. We get what we get. The chicken was old even though it was ordered 20 min after they opened and it was cold. It looked like chicken from the night before that was microwaved and boxed up for the early lunch folks. This location needs to be SHUT down or needs an all new staff. KFC

I swear if I could give this place zero stars, I would. matter fact I wish I could give them -10 stars. if your website says you close at 11, close at 11, not 9 o’clock, not 8 o’clock, not 10 o’clock, if you’re gonna do that, change the hours on google. also closing the front doors because you don’t wanna deal with customers on the inside is poor customer service, and it’s nothing but a bunch of rude people that work here.
