I stopped by Tim Hortons just before closing and tried to go inside to check what they had left, but the doors were already locked. So, I headed to the drive-thru to place an order. Unfortunately, everything I wanted was sold out, and the only thing available seemed to be old-fashioned donuts. Sensing my disappointment, the staff member went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and told me to pull over while she sorted out what was available. In a wonderful gesture, she handed me a box full of goodies for free! I go to this Tim Hortons every single morning I get an extra large double double coffee I spent $3.30 on my way to work. Today was a horrible experience. The whole team seems to be functional, especially the cashier. The coffee was ice cold literally ice cold it tasted like milk and water and a little bit of sugar with no flavor of coffee to be found. This is not how you serve customers, especially when they need a cup of coffee on the way to work I called the store and I spoke to the manager and I brought it to her attention. Please do better for your customers next time thank you.

Walked into the lobby, door was unlocked and there was a guy sleeping on one of the booths, got told I have to go through the drive through. The drive through didn’t have the menu working. Then got told “I only have muffins right now, we just opened 15 minutes ago”. Why even open if you can’t serve donuts? Ended up leaving without a purchase.

The service at this location is outstanding. I have never received a cold coffee. The staff and management are super friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to ensure I visit this Tim Hortons every day.
