There was one car in the drive thru when I pulled up. They were at the window. I waited at the drive thru menu for about 3-4 minutes, which wasn’t a big deal. I told them I had a mobile order and pulled up to the window. I waited another couple minutes. The man asked me if I wanted the sparkling water. I told him I ordered a Celsius. He said something similar to “okay you want the orange sparkling energy.” I said yes because you could describe a Celsius that way, since I ordered the orange one that was offered online. Wow, just wow. No words can describe the experience I just endured. On this beautiful morning I decided to treat my self to a delightful sandwich and most importantly the oh’so fantastic Mango Lemonade Refresher. I put in a mobile order so I can reap the benefits of skipping the line, what a mistake that I was. I got my sandwich in a good amount of time. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink and sat in line waiting for someone to help me. No one even approached me until I almost had to cause a scene. Would give 0 stars if I could. Woman working there couldn’t even speak English, didn’t understand what I was asking for at all and was apparently the manager. Bagels were stale and hard as rocks. This Dunkin used to be good, would not recommend giving them your money now

I had a really good experience at this. Dunkin'. I'll admit their donuts have literally gone to crap since they started the freeze and thaw. But the food was actually good and the service was really good.
