Great place in a great part of town. They have a meeting room available to rent out. Drinks are good. They have a small coffee shop style lunch menu. This place stays busy most of the day. Street parking close or park in the connected parking garage. All parking is free.

Human decency is not something practiced at this place. I get you ladies want to leave but I mean seriously I'm just trying to do my job too. 6:02 and none of you could just say hey can we help you we are closed? Come on, a little professionalism and decency go a long way. I've been to other locations and I've had great experiences. I suggest anyone looking to come to this location go to a different one.

Ordered one hot chocolate, somehow the order showed up twice through their system, they still made me two cups despite I was only charged once 🥺 Wish I’d ask for their names! Hot chocolate was the bomb! And I love studying here 🥰 Super nice and responsive staff. Food and drinks came pretty fast, quite impressive! Frappe was also fantastic but I didn’t take picture!🤦‍♀️
