We ordered the 1/2 italiano and 1/2 caeser we forgot to say mix and and match so she did a pick 2 charge the other paneras always catches that and offer the 2 dollar discount... I brought it to her attention after we sat down she just said we'll yes the next time you will know to say mix and match price. I think she should of offered to give us the extra money we paid back. ;(

They put a pickle on my sandwich that I did not request. If pickles are going to be included, customers should be asked first or the pickle should be packaged separately. The pickle juice soaked into my sandwich and affected the taste. It was very disappointing. They also have a girl on the drive through who sounds like she is whispering when she speaks. Not a good fit for her.

I pre ordered bagels for a baby shower to pick up at 9:30. I arrive at 9:30 promptly. They can’t find my order takes in a couple minutes. They find it. They say it’ll take a couple minutes away. Give me a refund. I say that’s fine. I need the food. I say I’m gonna go update the people in the car I’ll be right back. I come back inside a few minutes later. Wait 10 minutes. I ask the kid at the front counter to check on my order. He goes back asks about it then he comes up and starts pulling bagels. So now we’re 20 minutes behind and they just started and they’re making the kid at the front do it

Food was excellent as usual at any Panera Bread. The staff were joking around and blocking the soda machine. They weren’t paying attention to the customers. Maybe it’s a one off. I’ve only been to this location the one time.
