I really like this Dunkin' . It’s close to my house and just a good space to read a book , scroll your phone and take a sip of tea. Especially I like the two guys who work there and friendly(don’t know their names) a girl with a colored hair and the guy wearing a cap - you are the best!!! They never mess up with the orders and always doing drinks and food perfectly .

On 03/06/2026, I went there around 9 PM and ordered a Chocolate shake using drive thru, it took 10 minutes for the order to arrive and there were no other customers before me or inside the store. When the lady brought it, she was talking on the phone in Gujarati talking about parcel/package stuff, how I know because I speak the same language. If you want to talk on the phone do it outside work. People like the lady ruin customer service and others perception of certain race when they experience such service. The worse part is the shake was not good at all, it was more of taste of milk than cho

Worse customer services . I am standing in front of the cashier and 3 employees pass in front of me. Saying nothing. One of them said I am busy wait. It has been 6 minutes. It is 11 am on 11/13/2025 just in case a manager wants to check my issue via his/ her cameras.

Happy 4th! I ordered 2 dozen assorted donuts and 20 munchkins. I received 2 dozen of yesterday’s donuts and 10 munchkins. We already have too many Dunkin’s in the area. Shut this one down!
