I enjoy this Panera better than others. I had a huge issue at another location. Food wise at the Bloomingdale location, they do a good job on my custom orders. The building is clean (haven’t been to the bathroom yet) and the staff are nice. Just a little consistent wipe down on the monitors will do. Please bring back the grains (the protein substitute).

I ordered a $13 southwest chicken salad for pick up. First, my order was delayed by 20 minutes. I was very disappointed that they forgot to add avocado and sprinkled the leftover crumbs of the tortilla chip all over. Also asked for a side of dressing which was so little compared to the big bowl! Why am I paying so much just for half of the food to not even be there!

Although the restaurant was short-staffed and busy, Sakina the cashier was grace under pressure. She was kind and patient as my friend asked questions about the drinks advertised while taking our orders. Even though she forgot the $2 discount, she was apologetic and gave us an extra pastry. More adults need to be patient and should take lessons from this young teen on how to act under pressure. You’ll go far, Sakina.

Enjoyed the new Salad Stuffer which I think is a spin from a Dallas food place called Bread Zeppelin that I first had 3 years ago. I'd post a picture but I ate it up too fast. 😋
