I ordered the double chicken Taco salad . Which is 10dollars it is supposed to be the beautiful chunks of white meat with fresh avocado. This is what I received. Shredded chunks of chicken a half rotten avocado 🥑🤮.the person who made this must have at least taken a look at this. Absolutely no care for the customer at all . We all work hard for our money and to serve this to someone is absolutely ridiculous.

Just ordered a taco salad and a meal from El Pollo loco. The taco salad barely had any rice or beans at the bottom. You could tell it was just thrown together. Both the shrimp and the chicken overcooked beyond belief. Usually never have a problem. They decided they didn't want to put out a good product today.

I ordered dinner through the drive-through. Once I got home, the sweetcorn salad had no corn and the guacamole chicken burrito had no guacamole. I called this location several times and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail to have someone call me back and I never received a call back. I will be disputing the two items from my credit card charge as this is getting ridiculous. What has happened to the quality of our local food places? Obviously this establishment does not care.

The food looked okay but my chicken was dry and tasted mid. The music was blaring very loudly right above our large group. We couldn't hear the people talking across the table. 2 people among our group asked politely for the music to be turned down and the employees did nothing about it.
