Koi Ramen delivered an outstanding meal from start to finish. I ordered the Karaage Fried Chicken appetizer, Crispy Shumai, and white rice, and everything was delicious. The Karaage chicken was perfectly seasoned — super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The dipping sauce paired with it was rich and flavorful, making each bite even better. Genuinely my favorite ramen place in the state. Ive been to countless ones in NC and nothing has beat Koi Ramen. I always get the black garlic ramen and it is divine every single time. Its rich, comforting, and so delicious. Their chashu pork especially to die for!! So incredibly tender with a gorgeous flavor I cant describe. Their service is super quick and they are very friendly! Its always such a joy when visiting! The atmosphere is cozy and warm and clean! Absolutely recommend this to anyone whos visiting Raleigh!!
