I wish I could give them a 4.5 star rating. Rounded up to 5 bc service was immaculate. The server, hostess, and other employees were so gracious and welcoming. The food was okay, I think it was a bit pricey for what it was. The fish was fresh but not as fresh as Shijiri and Akami. The bento seemed a tad overpriced as well, but in general it was pretty high quality. It was a little too dark for my liking. The yuzu mocktail was refreshing and perfect for warm weather.

First time to M sushi with my husband! We did the Omakase dinner and it was so delicious! We went to Japan recently and this has been the closest sushi to Japanese sushi that we have tried. Every bite was delicious and flavorful. The fish was soft and fresh. Place was clean and service was great! Can’t wait to come back!

Okay, I eat here A LOT and it's for a good reason: this is seriously the best sushi you'll find around here, period. Usually, getting this caliber of sushi requires first going to RDU and then boarding a plane and flying somewhere far away. I've been eating here for years and I'm still floored at the quality. Order the Sushi Deluxe for lunch during the week, or get the Nigiri Omakase for dinner, which is the best thing on the menu.

The vegan bento box is amazing!! It took a while for our food to come through but well worth the wait. There is so much variety in what they serve you and everything tastes just soo good. I would highly recommend this to vegans and vegetarians in the area to come and try M Sushi!
