I came during a very busy lunch time. At first glance it looked like chaos. However after paying attention a little bit I could see behind the counter the manager Denise was the circus leader. She had everyone in line getting food moving keeping things in order and keeping customers happy. I was very very impressed. I feel that without her that store would totally collapse. But she showed kindness strength and courtesy towards everyone. A very fine employee indeed. Thank you for Denise for such a great experience.

Great BK. Great experience. Adam is wonderful employee. He’s the glue of this joint. Very friendly, had a genuinely positive experience. Only reason for 4 stars is Bathrooms could be cleaner.

The older woman who I assume is the general manager here has been completely awful to her staff everytime I've been here. Whenever it gets busy she hides at the expo table barking orders rudely instead of helping. The crew despite dealing with this are extremely pleasant to guests.

Ordered dinner off the app (1st time), the app didn't indicate where to pick up, so I went inside. The young man at the counter was super friendly, the manager on duty was another story. She chastised the young man for not placing the bag for my items in the drive thru, he mentioned that I was inside, she looked back and went; "oh." I wasn't handed my already made drinks, instead I got 2 empty cups offered to me AFTER I pointed to the drinks he made. She was just unhappy and as rude as can be. McDonald's may be slow but at least they are friendly, everybody! Next time I'll go across thr street
