I honestly do have my gripes with inconsistencies regarding proportions, quality and wait time . A few times the skin/breading was kinda soggy on the fried chicken which was gross to say the least so I stayed away from the fried chicken peices for a good while. Today everything was perfect though! Whatever crew was working today did amazing! Despite not being happy everytime I get home I'm always happy to show up because of one employee named Alex. She is so kind and very eager to help. She knows me by name at this point and really has given me the best costumer service. It's nice walking in

Did a take out order - pulled the skin off and the chicken looked and felt inedible. Breast meat was grey and slimy. Biscuits were stale. We ate the mashed potatoes because that looked like the only thing that wouldn't give us food poisoning.

Is that serious? Hahaha Ordering food the last few weeks in this place , I had never had problems but this was no longer chicken , it was pure fried arina , haha is a mockery , they looked like miniature pork bugs 😆

They have this spinner thing you write a review here and spin the spinner with a “chance” of a free large soda, individual side, 4 piece pie poppers, or a chicken pot pie. It’s absolutely RIGGED, you can spin it 80 times and it will always roll back to the large soda. They get a review and all it costs them is pennies.
