Our server, Erica was knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended items. I had the bone in Rilbeye that was cooked perfectly and my husband had the smothered chicken The manager, Juan checked on us about our overall experience. We were extremely satisfied with our food, service, and when I alerted the manager that the ladies room needed attention, he immediately had someone go clean it up. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We LOVE Texas Roadhouse! We are on a holiday and came to get a good hearty meal! The waitress wasn't great (she didn't give us what we needed, she brought the food in the wrong order, she asked us if we needed boxes like 10 minutes after we got our meal, and she never picked up any dirty finished dishes) Besides that the food was great!

Avoid this location—Management is a disgrace. Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. I was served raw steak medallions twice, and my wife’s meal was served raw as well. The real issue, however, was the Service Manager, Juan. When we questioned why we were billed for food we couldn't eat, Juan was incredibly condescending and rude to my wife, telling her, "We’re not in the business of giving away free food." It wasn't "free food"—it was inedible, undercooked food that we sent back. Juan’s dismissive and disrespectful attitude toward my wife was completely unacceptable. A manager wi
