First time visiting. Excellent service, delicious food! Originally, we were going to have brunch in Castle Rock, but there were street closures, a car show, tons of people and no parking. So we chose another place, then learned they had stopped serving brunch. So we decided on First Watch, a couple miles away and the first highly-rated place that showed up in searches. The place was packed and lively, but we were immediately seated. Our server was great. He acted like we were the only group he was covering. The food came, and my goodness, it was delicious! Went on a Saturday afternoon, walked in and immediately greeted. Which was nice. No wait for a table. Very nice service. We also enjoyed the food and coffee. Our water glasses were hot and tasted of soap/chemicals which was a turn off. Otherwise everything was pleasant and we would go back. Great coffee and the specials were all creative and unique.
