Very poor experience here, today. Pictures of how my chicken, sans green beans, was served to me and then how I guess a "proper plating" is supposed to be presented. It was made halfway right at the end. Still left massively disappointed. Daughter's baked potato was also not served as ordered. Longhorn from now on...

Update 4/24/2026: we had excellent food and service tonight at Texas Road House in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Our server Grant was excellent. Kept our glasses full, checked in on us several times, but was not over bearing. The food was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Previous Posts: Had a great meal here for my birthday dinner. Food is usually pretty good. We got sat pretty quick but when we did, we ordered our drinks. They then proceeded to ask us if we wanted double or singles for our drinks. After a couple minutes the “manager?” came up and said they were only serving us waters tonight and asked us our age again. I totally understand not serving people that are to drunk but I don’t think that was the case. We are pretty young people and all have recently turned 21 within the last 6 and it was close to closing. I think this is what went into the decision. It’s just really disappointing.
