Respectful, genuinely happy to be with you, customer service and food served with a smile. All of the staff here are amazing. I’ve been various times and interacted with different staff and they all are happy to be here, try to be as helpful as possible, and just have a positive, respectful attitude. This location gives small town TX in the best possible way. “Ma’am, sir, please,” just absolutely polite and chipper, good people here. They all deserve a raise because their service makes me want to come every week. Good vibes and good food. Thank YOU.

I will just say that if you're gonna order it through a delivery service. like...Just don't. most of my order was completely incorrect/ missing. Instead of getting half a dozen box..with half glazed donuts ( chocolate glazed) & half regular glazed; I got chocolate cake donuts and then 3 glazed regular. Then instead of getting 2 Boston creams... I got 2 chocolate glazed regular donuts. yet everything was correct on the receipts... which makes zero sense- that's half of my order. and its was sealed by heat iron all the way across the thick bag.. great for saftey etc.. but I didnt realize I need

Beware and check your drink before you leave. Order 2 medium coffees and see how one of them is 30% empty! That’s just cheating! Why charging me for medium and give small quantity?

Friendly Employees who are very welcoming. Nice spaces to relax and enjoy your coffee and quiet enough to have conversations. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Nothing beats Dunkin Coffee!
