Both restaurants in Cedar Rapids, Iowa are not clean and the employees stand around talking instead of making it a clean environment for customers to dine. I sent the restaurant a complaint and they asked me for a picture of my bank statement and my receipt. This is unprofessional. They should just admit that the restaurant was dirty and disgusting and the employees were not doing there jobs. This is disgusting and unhealthy. I took photos and videos of the restaurant and the employees standing around while the tables and floors were dirty. This is very unhealthy!

DON'T BOTHER! I've left with food only 1 time in my last 3 visits. Nothing is fresh and they're always out of half the ingredients that go in a burrito. I've already been waiting 10 minutes in line behind only 2 people and now if i want rice and veggies i have to wait another's 10-15 minutes......However, the employees have time to wander and chat. Maybe get your employees to ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE FOOD THEY SERVE and have it ready at 1 in the afternoon. I own a bar and grill and it's beyond clear that these owners don't care whatsoever. The chips and queso were a huge disappointment. The chips were all stale and obviously if they are made fresh daily it was not the same day. I don’t visit here much, then I remembered why when I ate here. The place is just a letdown. You get no meat and everything is an extra charge. Honestly this just doesn’t cut it. Get a home town, locally owned place where the staff actually cares.

food is great as always. employees are typically lazy and roll their eyes when you ask for plain white rice (yes, they have rice without added cilantro). i would give them a solid 5 star however i barely find myself wanting to come back there because of... well... customer service.
